Is being a ROTA, the best route to take? Noticed all of them are DM's now.

most of the DMs here have been fired or layed off elsewhere. This place sucks.

 

Correction, ALL of the DMs AND the worthless RDs were fired or laid off from other companies. The good ones already left and now we are stuck with the leftovers.
