There will not be two years before the next restructure. We have shuffled the deck every six to twelve months over the last 4 years. The reason nobody stood up is because no one cares, it is expected, or they will just lie to us anyways. I am sad that this company has turned into this mess.

Question is.......will the crazy commutes last for two years!? Suspect a lot of drops outs - people who will leave just because of the physical, mental inability to keep it up... Then of course, there are the other pressures.
