How sad, If you have a baseline of 10 Osphena scripts a month and grow to 20 you will have 100% growth and be a hero. Most reps that work there a$$es off have at least a baseline of 75 scripts per month. If the reps with 75 scripts grow to 100 scripts a month our reward is a pip and the slackers that bring in 20 scripts get a bonus check of 7,500. How back a$$wards is this company?? come on upper management. Or, if there is an IC team, get it right!!!
Wrong. I clearly DO understand the IC plan. It's designed around favoritism and to drive out the reps the RDs don't like. Watch out DMs. Some of you are on that list too.
