New into pharma, made it through all the training to be cut. Why bother hiring all these new people only to get rid of us???
Sorry you had to go through that. Seriously poorly thought out strategy by old Forest. They are going to lose a lot of good reps going forward too. The culture has changed much too dramatically over the course of the past 10 months, basically since Howard stepped down. I think savvy employees got out then. The rest are in purgatory (sp...).
And you won't get fooled again... Move out of this industry and find another place to sell. Leave pharma to the cheer team, the political that should have never been in "sales" in the first place, and those that are to dumb to realize that this industry sucks.

Well gee, corporate will make a note to self for next time about hiring then firing...of course HR training dept has lots of power pt. slides showing how invaluable they've been during this time of right sizing..the light bulb will go off eventully in Finance as to why they have all the overhead expense of training HR and somebody will come up with brilliant plan to make cuts there too
