I was curious how does the company feel in regards to dating another Novo rep? Also, does it matter if the two reps dating are in the same pod?

The only rule is that you can't have the same lead products. Therefore, the Victoza lead cannot bang the DCS 4. Other than that, have at it.

dating, married and sleeping together, married and sleeping together even if one is subordinate to the other - it all goes on at good ol' NNI led by SNOY. If there are ANY policies at all they certainly aren't enforced, so go at it.

If you used a more carnal word than "dating", I would point to certain European trips, POAs and boat cruises and tell you to have at it! The married DBMs, RBDs, and AVPs repeatedly break their marital vows on these trips, so how can they judge a DCS for dipping into the company till at home?

no one cares what ppl do on their own time, but when it interferes or interrupts the work life, trouble with a Capitol T. Keep personal relationships private and there won't be
    an issue.

Correction to your post: spouses care, fiance's care, and the children care.

There is no point in anyone knowing anything about your relationships within the pod, and in the bigger picture, the Company. Anything you communicate, no matter how innocent, will be taken out of context and come back to bite you. You're just good friends. Make it look that way.

It's only okay to "date" within the company if you are in management

who knows? you could end up getting married, just like 2 certain managers in the midwest. I'm sure their ex-spouses are happy for them.

No worries now that one has been let go.

Heard that they actually got a lecture from ANAJ about the inappropriate way they handled their relationship, and that pissed of one of them - to the point where he was "let go"

These are managers that were messing with each other while they were still married - and she ended up leaving her husband for this guy. Her husband was so crazy with jealousy that he moved across the street from her so he could watch her. Can you say "awkward"?!?

Why date? Why not just get laid - every one will be happy, satisfied. Purpose served. No Ethics violated as long as it was consensual.
