How come Ranbaxy doesn't give out rankings? I want to know where I stand compared to everyone else but they don't share.
OK, here's why. Mgmt doesn't want reps printing out rankings and using it in interviews to move along. They want to hang onto their top ranked reps, and pay as little bonus as possible to them.
They're contract, but they don't have a contract for each rep. Ranbaxy has a contract with inVentiv, and inVentiv manages the entire sales force: HR, fleet, payroll, et cetera. Sales direction, decisions, and final approval come from the two or three dummies that actually work for Ranbaxy: Andy, Asheesh and the minions they get advice from.
Anyone notice that there is no Ximino data anymore in the computer? It was there for the past 10 months, now they put Exelderm data in instead. The steroid team and possibly Absorica team too are toast. Ximino is done.
