Nothing life saving, all shitty me too's, no formulary coverage and generics on their way in most classes of medications. Why even bother. What a waste of a career.
I do think that coverage for Testim has gotten better, ie Aetna, United, Cigna and Humana but looming generics in 2015 and CV hysteria are concerns for future revenues in the T market. Our two largest sellers are Testim and Testopel. They are both exposed to a declining market. Testim is way down with the market due to CV risk hysteria, and Viagra goes generic in 2017. Testopel is in a niche market and it remains to be seen if the recent 15% price increase will be absorbed by MC. Plus Testopel revenue could also be dampened by the CV risk concerns as well. That leaves Xiaflex to fill the gap as the only novel long term exclusive patented product in our portfolio. At present Testim drives the majority of revenue by far so where is the future? Even a buyout seems unlikely with market risks going forward. Please tell me I am wrong I would like to be!
In my town Testim is not on formulary you have to FAIL Androgel 1.62 and insurance covers a few Viagra a month that is about it. My drugs are not covered on any formulary and it is a real challenge.

Not sure about you but my local news had a huge story about the negative effects if testosterone last night. Not good!
