Challenge, name any remaining A Team players at Alcon!

The list of A Team departures is too long, we are being led by B Team and C Team leaders!

More like the Y or Z team! Could be further downhill but there are only so many alphabets!

According to Obama, it's the JV team that's taken over.

They brought in some A team employees from across the country. Unfortunately, they're all shell shocked and broken from the fucked up little bubble that has become alcon manufacturing. Its a shame, really, to hear that virtually no other mfg facilities operate like ours and to see good talent and perspective crushed by "alconization". Like serious borderline mental breakdowns. Its even more sad to think about how many things we used to do right, but stopped to become more " lean and efficient ".

Some of the long time Alcon BS upper management who keep getting promoted and landing on two feet because they play "the game well" should be let go. This is very apparent on the sales side at Alcon. They keep getting exposure and other job titles because they have been around and have a good line of BS that someone above them buys into. They are retreads and this is why the company continually is having issues. Many of these names are known but go without blame under the radar for whatever crazy reason. Some of the Novartis transplants also have proven worthless also. Bravo.

This post is right on target. The R&Do nothing management has its share of AL-CON artists that have squandered huge budgets and have not delivered. Tracks
Are covered by re-naming projects and re-organizing departments. The reorganization is a good way to protect those that have failed to deliver and high jack successful projects from thone that do deliver. Truly pathetic!

True dat! It's sad that when the head of the Secret Service fails they resign, but when Slcon leadership fails they reorg and get promoted.

You are so correct about those Alcon upper management people who keep surviving of great BS game they play and politics. They keep jumping divisions and positions. It's amazing they aren't shipped out. Obviously don't make impact.
