Whatever happened to the billion dollars they were going to spend in Shanghai? I remember they announced it 3 or 4 years ago that they wanted to build a new facility and make Shanghai an R&D hub in Asia-Pacific region.
They couldn't find skilled workers with any innovation and the whole mess never got off the ground. They couldn't replicate any of the studies done in the U.S. Surprised? I'm not.
