EMSA or "Enema Model Sales Accessory" is a new, top secret Merck strategy which involves pouring liquified marketing messages into the rectums of sales representatives in the hopes that the knowledge will migrate to their brains and come out the other end (the mouth) as credible sounding product messages. MRL has tested 2 prototypes of this compound succesfully on Brad Shears and Tyrone Edwards. Both are reportedly spouting inane, meaningless tripe on a regular basis and have done so for some time without apparent ill effects. We will be rolling this program out for the entire sales force at the 3S meeting. EMSA is available in four flavors: Hourglass Grape, Bluebell Blueberry, West Point Pistachio, and Vioxx Fudge Flavor. Representatives will be given the choice of hot, warm, or winter breeze cool enemas. Please bring a hand towel and your favorite non-skid rubber soled shoes.

The leadership and people management skills have been just pathetically poor.....the pain and carnage from the G2 bullshit that Ronca has created is an example of what is going to come.

The only ones who will survive, in one form or another, are the "doctors" in EMSA. When they jettisoned CDP the rank and file will be decimated by the G2 process but the docs will survive. EMSA is a "make work" group for physicians. The only problem is they can't do the work.

All those docs and they were unable to maintain Merck's medical/scientific leadership.

You had to know it was the end of emsa when Dr Keane thanked everbody for being there on a beautiful Friday afternoon when it was Wednesday.
