Employee 'FIRED' after calling Doug Lankler's Pfizer's Compliance Hotline. What Integrity?

    http://www.courthousenews.com/2012/03/02/44377.htm

Delina Ferretti, who worked for Pfizer as lead clinical protocol manager, worked with a molecule that showed promise as a cancer inhibitor in a project known as PanHER. When she noticed problems with her data, she discovered more than 200 instances of study participants using prohibited medications, as well as instances of adverse events and changes from baseline that went unreported in Pfizer's brochure and report to the Food and Drug Administration, according to her original complaint.

Pfizer was not found guilty of anything. The plaintiff did not get her lawsuit for retaliation dismissed. The trial hasn't even begun yet.

If the claims are true, it does look like typical evil pfizer retaliation and employee mistreatment.

Read the lawsuit, Pfizer looks like they are in for criminal charges under the CIA. Pfizer claims it didn't do anything illegal - SHOCKER!!!

Every past whistleblower is no longer with the company because of retaliation.

Pfizer retaliates like a MOFO. Look what they are doing about the whole "testing" backlash!

Report it to their lawsyers; Ropes and grey. they will help you. This should not be the norm. I know that it is accepted in most other industries, but this is serious. Too many bean counters and business majors in sales.

Pfizer fakes clinical data, Lilly and GSK cover up their poor results or extreme AEs, Merck pushes Vioxx even though it is aware of the CV events...

For every bit of 'good' we do, it seems that someone uncovers an evil twist. There is no justification for faking data, hiding poor results, or sweeping AEs under the rug. None.
I smell a book in all of this. Kinda like those expose's of the smoking industries, or those companies that dumped toxic wastes into the ground in New England and New York.

All Pfizer cares about is money, they do not care about you or me. Money from heaven is a path to hell. I think we are all starting to feel the heat.

Did the trial happen? What were the results?

Wow! This is unbelievable that an employee would report the problem to 3 different managers and not one had the common sense to look into it?

What if the complaint was of male gender, do you think they would have listened?

How about the Orthopaedic Surgeon in S.Carolina who falsified all his Bextra parioperative pain data; that was classic!
