The pompous prick should have been removed several years ago. He was the most disliked manager/VP at SJM. Didn't have a clue as to how to manage and motivate a team!

Sorry KB, I guess they weren't patient enough to wait for those 'great things that were about too happen' to happen. I guess your ten year plan didn't have enough time to work....

Yes, and he let many good people go during his reign...

Holstine was fired for cause! Unlike the dozens of folks he fired for personal reasons. He was never able to garner the respect from his teams or from his peers in senior management. His counterparts despised him and were instrumental in saving several folks he attempted to screw over.

 

Obviously you don't know anything nor the reason. Have fun feeling sorry for yourself and your friends that were washed up techs trying to be sales.

I don't think he cares what you morons say.

 

Seems like there is instability all over the organization. I believe people in that position should be there a minimum of 5 years. He was there for a little over 1. Lots of firings below him and now he's fired. Anyone looking to join this organization would be crazy.
