They did not have a sales force.
Stick with the story that Medtronic does not know what they are doing and CN does.

You are incorrect. Had a sales force, product flopped, and they all got let go. Good luck only taking Medicare patients Medtronic.

Medicare only and MCT only - there is a list as long as your arm of commercials who don't cover MCT - it's clear this is just a way of trying to get past prior testing to get an auth for Reveal or Linq. Where are the published studies? What is the allowable claim on Afib specificity? This product is a waste of time.

They have the indication for MCT, all they are going to do is us this off label for all the event patients. MDT has a huge sales force and one dedicated just to this and the loop recorder. They are implanting the loop with symptoms only as we speak. Ask your accounts what MDT is saying to them about this product and you will see where they are headed.

Has anyone seen the device in an office? How many had corventis made to this point?

Just a word of caution - CN likes to sue people so if MDT is caught selling their patch off label they will be turned in

Why worry, we have a 24 hr holter coming in December that is going to be a game changer.

Has anyone looked at its function, this is a TTM monitor <40 greater than >130 etc...... What a POS. This is worse than ZIO and that is saying something. You would think MDT would invest in making something worthwhile. Take a crappy device and put it in a patch, congratulations!

So what you are saying is this MDT device is not capable of tracking Afib or the burden?

Afib yes true burden no. Many other events no. Asymtomatic VT at 120?

It is not a TTM, you genius, but it functions like one. It is a patch with a TTM algorithm, your the dumb ass for not knowing that. Don't comment on things you don't understand.

Seriously you jackoff - an algorithm has nothing to do with the mode of communication - dual alert Afibs have the same algorithm as wevent which is simply an event recorder algorithm. The key will have a holter algorithm built on one channel vs the traditional 4 and it will still upload to a computer for transmission but will use a USB instead of an SD card. Why do you clowns have to make things so difficult

I think the RSD is trying to say that medtronic patch has basic event monitor triggers, but does not realize so does everything else.

I think someone has screwed up this post and they are probably one of the rocket scientists in Malvern. I can't tell if we are talking about the MDT patch or our CardioKey patch - way too confusing

And while you jerkoffs keep arguing about backward ass technology, our stock keeps going lower and lower
