Did you ever consider why reps may not have wanted Cps to talk to their customers? Could it be because of a complete lack of customer service skills and attitude? And whose fault is it that CPS didn't get paperwork in a timely manner - wasn't that their reason for existence? CPS was the best ally rival DME's had.

Again you keep placing the blame on a whole department. Just because of your experience with one or two people does not mean everyone in the department was the same. There were some reps who were excellent to work with. Then there were others who were impossible to work with You are also forgetting the fact that for almost two years documentation collection process was outsourced to another company that caused a lot of issues. That was beyond the CPS associates control. We knew it was not working but it fell on deaf ears. CPS reason for existence was not just to collect paperwork. That attitude is one of the reason why CPS and sales did not work together as one group. You could not have either group without the other including service. Bad mouthing another group is not going to change the decision on the ELT. They are the ones who decided this because they never took the time out to learn the home care business.

Nobody cares, the division is done, move on. Think of it as an opportunity to try something new, but for gods sake, move on. These threads are exhausting, if you morons put as much effort into finding a new job as you put into bickering about a defunct division, you would have a new job by now.

Agree, move on. I'm sure somebody cares. If you don't like the thread quit coming back to it and reading it. You also need to move on for God's sake.

Clinical review bases their decision on work instructions. Argue all you want but if it doesn't fit the work instructions, it won't fly. Good luck trying to argue with Medicare.

I don't see anyone arguing with you, they simply stated clinical review had a say in placements. Why so angry?

And who writes the work instructions? Clinical review and compliance maybe.

I can tell you that DTC deliveries have doubled for us in the past 2 weeks.

Ok makes sense, but when were those referrals entered? We all know how long DTC placements/deliveries take. So you are stretching the truth a little.

I'm hearing with no field representation referrals are no longer on fire. It was a matter of time. Next step will be to try and hire field DTC reps to save this dying Hill-Rom segment (just like all the others). The Hill-Rom brand is dead!
