    Description
    Candidate will sell Energy based aesthetic equipment designed and manufactured by US Company.
    Candidate will call on a wide variety of physician based offices including plastic surgeons and dermatologists.

    That seems to be pretty standard with most device companies that have been around awhile with good product.

    Sadly, that is standard device pay. It looks "great" because we are paid less than half that. Just wait a couple more months, so they can tell you to wait a couple more months.

    Sounds like the talking points are getting out to the field. Tell your people changes are coming and they will earn more in 2015. That's what my DM is spouting. It's like a Fox News repeat out of his mouth.

    On the up side, there are a lot of companies interviewing & hiring now. It's just hard to travel for them this time of year.

    right and with a little effort we can get that turnover rate back to 38% lets push for 50%!!
    Sales people are assets. Not liabilities. Its up to the company to retain assets.....
