    11. Work from home & save gas/wear & tear on vehicle
    12. Get 1099 in same territory you have now
    13. Take lots of vacation
    14. Smile & agree with everything being said on conference calls
    15. Update your resume & get on Med-Reps

    Yes this pay cut is the real deal. Make sure you stay in compliance an acknowledge the new "screwed over" comp plan.

    Are you kidding me? This is what KCI has declined to? What is the "point system" and how do they keep people on at this amount of commission? People, get your resumes out there. My company starts new grads at that rate.

    Is anyone making any money? I am down 60%. I know some reps not even hitting threshold.

    Most that I know are only making base salary

    Down between 45-50% may make a very small bonus, but nothing that I can absorb long term.

    What 1099 jobs are good to go after? I see a lot of compounding pharmacy positions. Anybody have any experience with those?

    Every TMV I know is at 50-60% less pay. Wonder what the turnover rate will be by January.
