How is sales below plan?

    Consider that we just got back most of the S&N business. This is millions of dollars in revenue that we had no idea that we would receive when our budgeting for quotas were done. So, how can we still be behind our plan? Also, what fool made these projections if we could not predict this major revenue influx? Paying the sales force to much is what we hear. Maybe the accountability is held by whom estimated these crazy revenue goals.

    can guarantee very few in this company were "overpaid"; what exactly does "overpaid" mean @ ici? 150-160K?? considering the majority have been underpaid for years, this is just an idiotic statement

    I want to meet the rep that he was taking about in the comp call that was going to make $250K. I find that really hard to believe.
