This seems like an obvious fishing question from within the company...like direct contact with reps and management isn't enough. But, here ya go... It is a negative culture that shows no sign of changing with current leadership. Micromanagement and call reach and frequency are emphasized while talent is rarely rewarded.
You know what is funny? You can go to ANY company board on CafePharma and someone has posted pretty much the same quote. There are haters and lovers with any job. You just have to find out for yourself if it's right for you.
True. BUT, dear candidate, make a couple of observations about the hiring manager: are his finger nails filed to a center point? Yes? Is he creepy too? Thats the guy. Okay then ask him or the other interviewing manager why 7 of 10 people on his team have left in past 2 months. Maybe ask why all 3 of his new hires quit w/in six months. 3 people on his team; poa was 'sparsely attended'. Doesn't add up that folks r willing to leave in this economy does it? Hmmm. Think.
So someone interviewed with this guy, got to the final interview and then refused to meet with the big boss? I guess that says something about first and second impressions!
Sales reps have no culture. They eat with their hands and do not wear shoes. They pick their noses and talk with their mouths Full.
I interviewed with RS and have to agree with below post. Seems like micromanager and wants all documentation and then after going through the whole process and decides not hiring does not even respond to candidate. Hides behind recruiter and gives no feedback. Is this someone you want to work for? 7 out of 10? Wonder where the problem lies?
10...9...8...7...6 how long until he gets this post removed. Or how long until he gets let go? Hmmm which will come first. Have the courage to call the compliance hotline on him -he has given you all you need to report him. One of his already gone for this - how does he protect the other? Better idea: send it to jeff. He will have to report it to the FDA or risk losing his position.
