So I have been hearing that home office support structure is finally about to get a serious culling. Anyone have any info or thoughts?
Home office is safer than safe. We are the apple of Adam's eye and we keep getting new promotions to Vice President or Executive Director. How do you like them apples, baby?
Don't listen to the above poster. Culling of higher level home office positions has been ongoing for a long time. Org. changes have and will continue to displace the entrenched unqualified and others since headcount reductions will continue in the current industry climate. The above, combined with earlier and ongoing changes to pension and severance programs will continue to insure that hardships faced by those terminated do not discriminate, especially for those with the attitude and lack of compassion shown by the above poster.
