Agree but it doesn't apply to Pharma bc there are tons of unemployed reps and few openings. It applies to other industries. That being said, management and decision makers take advantage of sales reps bc they know most reps are willing to do anything which truthfully is our own fault for acting desperate and not being more like "I'm very valuable so show me the respect and money or I'm out". Its tough We need to show them we are worth a lot more than how they value us
