You forgot to add the word "desperate." Shionogi hired most of their DMs at about $20-50K discount off what they were making in former companies. They took advantage and got what they paid for.
Doesn't matter what DM's were hired. If we can't answer basic questions these docs ask us on an everyday basis, it won't matter. High decile docs aren't writing this product. Mostly smaller prescribers whom we have to beg. Remember goals were at 600. Something will happen soon. Prepare folks.
