There will be realignments of reps, but no rep layoffs other than King. The main losses this time around will be in management. Of course, there will be more reorganizations in the future, but if you are a rep and not from King you are okay for this round. Best of luck

King management or King reps or both??

I call BS on across the board King. There will be some states that lose a good number and some that lose zero

Psych will be fired via conference call as the company did with the opthamology sales force. This will be separate from what is going on now. Psych is safe until we get closer to the Geodon LOE

Layoffs are always an opportunity to clean out...so anyone saying that no one from Pfizer will be let go is on crack. Think of it as natural selection. A way to weed out the crap.

The way Pfizer lays people off doesn't clean up anything. It just decreases numbers. Their methodology is all about not getting sued and has nothing about retaining the best people. Good luck with the Pfizer HR dart board

I agree with this post. There may be mixed layoffs of both L-King and L-Pfizer reps, but not JUST King reps. This is a fantasy that Pfizer or contract reps should just let fade.

Does anyone know what will happen to the contract reps?
