It's a pattern I've noticed since Mar 13/bonus day, every Friday a new batch of people give notice. Nothing enlightening, just a pattern.

 

Beware of the ones you bought and are now bringing on. There's reasons things are as big of a mess as they were for them on their own. Inquire about their backgrounds and exactly how they got into the industry and more specifically how they got into development. You will quickly find they were very strong with the connections-based hires. Ask why they refused to hire anyone with actual experience in R&D. Ask why their contractors (the ones with talent and skill but few good connections) left in droves just after the new year and well-before the official switchover. Check out the HR complaints, both with the company and with their in-sourced vendors.

Remember, they didn't wind up in this spot by chance or out of a string of really bad luck...

 

Any concrete talk about the severance? Minimum of 6 months? Vesting of GSK stock that was given for fraction of NVS that didn't vest?

 

The vaccine division integration gonna result into announced ~ 1500 headcount cut.
But by when is it going to happen ?
