MEPO SALARY

I have biologic experience, what do the MEPO salaries top out at? Is this division going to be treated differently, or just like primary care!

That's not what I heard. The salaries are definitely higher! 10-12%higher.

 

Salary is based on grade. MEPO roles are grade 7/8. Primary Care roles range from grade 9-7. So yes, based on the grade the salary may be higher. Bonus is higher. Primary care target bonus is $21,500, MEPO target bonus is $30,000.
Calling on mostly Allergists and Pulm, still having to do COTS and everything associated with Patient First, just like Primary Care.

 

Hoping for an approval this summer, not in 10-14 months.

 

Really 30k bonus and all other specialty reps here are at 25k?

 

The fact that specialty reps get 25k vs primary care reps 21k is a joke.

 

there are no specialty reps anymore. We were grandfathered in and made 25 K for two years just like anyone would whose role was changed. We make 21k now like everyone.

 

Some groups are 25k. Not trying to argue. Just a fact

 

talk to your hiring manager... ONCE MEPO is approved, it goes to $30, until then it is $25k

Stop arguing over what the target bonuses are. Nobody makes target bonus anyway.

We make soooo much money that I bought a prize winning show pony just to push it off of a cliff.

I wanted to see.the look on its face.

 

I can't believe you deselected that pony. I hope you gave it a generous severance package and some lovely parting gifts.

 

130-150k + bonus

 

wow! shocked-I definitely remember getting a year-end "kicker" for Tagamet (long ago) for 48K in one lump sum that came after the 4th qtr bonus. all true--ask around. 4 qtrs. of payout--do not remember how much each qtr---but I remember the 48k kicker for sure--what an XMas it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! btw--it was company wide--not just me--every rep got 48k in a check

 

125k is easily attainable as they are trying to attract outside talent.
