Yeah, that would be a dumb idea like suing McDonalds for serving hot coffee. How dare they think of a rotten idea.

Just returned from a party with Pfizer people in the know. Reps are screwed with the BB.

While possible, this is highly unlikely. Pfizer and your carrier would be sued for hundreds of millions for privacy violations without informed consent.

Due to the issues with IMS, this is why you never see a rep fired due to sales, but activities.Should they be fired for sales data, this would open up a potential suit against IMS sales data. Look back at the people you know who were fired and I bet you will not see sales data as th reason.

    GPS Jammer

    Courtesy of PCWorld:

GPS signal jammers aren't a new technology, but they remain of interest to people disturbed by reports of the government and other interested parties using secret GPS trackers. The $40 Advanced Portable GPS Signal Jammer plugs into your car's cigarette lighter and blocks GPS reception, allowing you to remain invisible to all GPS devices located within a 6-foot radius.

You are not paid on commission. Your bonus is just that, a BONUS. Pfizer can award it any way they seem fit They could literally make up fake sales number by pulling numbers out of a hat if they wanted to and give bonuses based off that....reps suing IMS. You have got to be fucking kidding me.

Don't worry the company can can you at will, just like you can leave at will. If you manager or someone else want to bag you, they can pretty much do it. They will find a way, including huge budgets, bad reviews etc. As for keeping an eye on you, you leave a trail. The types of calls, the frequency of calls on certain Drs, sales, rumours, the reaction on staff to you...do they know you......We all know one thing though, 50% of offices have closer thier doors to reps in the last year...I think that is the correct stat. The industry only has itself to blame. If Drs really valued the visits, the doors would stay open. the reality is, the Drs are not served by the industry....only the industry is served by the industry. That atleast is the impression, which is only partially true. Too bad the calls and call numbers were not more about DRs and client needs. Oh well, it is what it is and you have choices as reps as well.

This would make sense.... Verizon says if it were there, it would be included in the billing.
