He was a District Manager with Galderma and then became a rep.
Figure it out, pretty simple.

This past week demonstrated how Novartis praises those who go along to get along. He is not management material and will never be. The poor hiring on this project will be manifested in the long run.

 

Thats where this place gets its wrong. If you hire from within the organization, you know what your getting

 

Tj is 1 of 3 bad hires on the ABL leadership team. Everyone knows and they are the standouts. It's sad that their teams will be the ones who will suffer.
