    19 specialists severed. 3 CF KAMS plus 5 ZOL KAMS mapped into 25 new RESP ACCT MGR roles, although there were already 22 combined dedicated CF team members. Sounds like an expansion to me! But the 19 dedicated CF specialists are SEVERED! Why are we no longer qualified for our jobs when we exceeded goal with a mature product and launched new product #1 worldwide? If you're lucky (or unlucky) enough to have 1 of the 13 remaining KAM roles posted by Friday in your city than you may apply for your own job. We all know the answers to all of the above questions. Let's create more positions for "pseudo management" and screw the ones who know their accounts.

    Really! And how much did the CF team miss goal by in 2014? If all of the reps knew their accounts then the performance of the brand certainly does not reflect that. Funny how quick you are to blame HQ. look in the mirror and hold your peers accountable when they suck. News flash...successful products/ reps don't require org change!

    NEWSFLASH: the CF specialists knew their accounts well enough to know that non-CF pulmonologists, psychiatrists, podiatrists, etc... that made up 40% of the target list... equaled off label promotion, brought it forward and probably saved the company another lawsuit. If anyone in SR Management had been around long enough to know which targets were legitimate targets (or put forth the effort to find out) and set the goals accordingly, there would have been no reason to be under goal, and no reason to have the goal reconfigured. Do your homework before you speak or go ahead and expose YOURSELF as one of the guilty parties who are trying to pass the buck.

    Performance is measured by goal attainment not by how one knows or dosent know an account. If the goals and the measures applied to the goals are not correct then performance is not the correct measure. Its obvious you dont know what you are talking about because the CF team exceeded goal in 2014.

    The CF Salesforce DID exceed goal for 2014 after goal was adjusted @ 40 % to the reality of what is attainable within the label- greedy short term robots thought the drug could follow its predecessor's 14 year steady growth curve without looking at label and how many within the label may be able to tolerate and which of the payors will or can pay for "convenience" after a huge price increase on both products -as generics plus another brand formulation undercut cost by half in some cases. But hey asshole from earlier.... Great products and great sales forces sometimes are ruined by stupidity.
