    Sales force morale is at an all time low.
    Pay is at an all time low.
    Turnover of Atleast 25 TM positions in the past year,
    With no end in sight.
    Couple that with this blunderous SAP Implementation,
    And you come up with a company that is totally dysfunctional.
    The reporting is all bs. How can a multibillion dollar sales organization
    Run itself so inefficiently? I will tell you. Piss poor upper management,
    With its head shoved up their own a$$.

    I'm sure more cuts are coming.
    Why do managers get to keep their salary, but the ones
    Who do all the work get theirs slashed??? A bunch of BS.
    It's time for all of us to resign. Management laughs at us, why stay?

    Agree.
    It takes over 1 year to get a new urology TM up to speed.
    Employee retention = higher sales.
    Less BS + higher commission = higher sales.

    Simple concept, right???

    Pay sales reps fairly, and sales will flourish.
    We are motivated by commission not motivational speeches.

    FCk this company. Just turned in resignation.
    So happy I don't have to spend another minute with
    Moronic management who know nothing about how to sell devices and disposables.
    I give this company 24 months before it goes down the drain.

    I agree Olympus has and is a sinking ship.
    Watch what happens next year.
    8% commissions, (at plan), a tracker in your car for CRS to monitor your location, mileage, and speed.
    No commission + micromanagement bs work = MASS EXODUS OF TALENT


    PS) management, don't think for a second that after sales plummet that you are insulated
    From the proverbial axe!!!
    Stick around and find out you fools!

    Listen, simpleton. Keep looking at yourself in the mirror each and every morning and repeat after me:

    "0lympus is the best, most ethical company in the industry. Our track record speaks for itself. 0lympus cares very much about its people. Particularly it's sales force (i.e. Me). 0lympus prides itself on being one of the best paying companies in the industry......." LMAO OK, sorry couldn't keep a straight face anymore.

    It is embarrassing to be an employee and have the general public
    Reading all of our dirty laundry. I don't doubt for a second that Olympus
    Knew they were cheating us last time they screwed us in pay in 2012, and they were
    Totally trying to pull a scam with last Friday's payroll to the sales force. If nobody said anything, it would have been business as usual.

    I'm embarrassed to say, as a manager, that we treat our sales force like crap.
    Time will be testament here. Every sales organization that behaved this way, lost in the end.

    All of this CRM micromanagement just leaves our sales people with less time to sell.

    Why do we never learn anything?

    To the prior posters you must be very new and just the suckers that olympus is looking to keep. The company has gone way down since we were bought and the culture and job are in the toilet. The company doesn't care about its employees and upper management wants to turn it into a pharma job. they don't think their employees are capable of thinking for themselves. Im on my way out and its sad whats happened to this company.

    Who only care about their own greed.
    If you are not developing a plan of escape then
