I have 9 years B2B sales and am looking to switch to medical sales. Can someone let me know what Hologic is like? Is it a 6-7 day work week or M-F with on-call weekends? What is the typical selling day like? Can someone give me an idea what the typical salary/bonus is like at this company? I've seen so many varying answers on this board. I appreciate the honest answers.
I am not with Hologic but did speak to recruiter for Diagnotics. 55-65K base and 35-55k bonus. Great benefits, stock options etc.
Which division are you looking at? I work on the surgical side and I absolutely love it. M-F, no call, dinner events on occasion. Great QOL job. GYN surgery is usually in the morning and what we do is generally not emergent so cases are booked in advance. 70k base with 100k variable comp at plan. 170k is very doable. I've been over 200 the last few years. Good luck.
