Extremity position

Whats the deal with Upper/ lower extremity division? I got a call from a head hunter regarding the position. any feedback will be helpful.

 

the Tissue, Nerve, Tendon products will self itself and not a hard sell, but commissions % are lower. The upper and Lower Extremity hardware is a harder sell, with more competition and Commission rates are higher. If you have any Ortho or Podiatry background and contacts, would be a good gig.
