This guy is one of many problems here at Philips. Until they address the problems one by one nothing will change. It would be a good start to RIF this guy and show they are trying to make things better. It may be to much to ask of this place.

If anyone really looked they have more than enough on this guy to flush Terd. D Friedman doesn't have the courage to pull the trigger even though she knows it's the right thing to do for the business.

 

This guy is a political animal and that is the reason he survives. He can't stand alone on accomplishments so he becomes the worlds greatest kiss ass to superiors. He reminds me of the intern on the Southwest Airline commercial getting all his bosses coffee to show how valuable he is. Trying desperately to hide his insufficiencies.
