Company did away with their stockholder rights poison pill. Are we getting ready to be bought out or someone is gonna take a large stake in us? Could be the reason for no EU announcement yet. Things could get interesting
In one way excited my stock options might actually make me some money... On the other hand makes me sick that KK, MM, DP & HH will all get big paydays. Hope shareholder investigation is completed before and their stock options are nixed. That would be justice!
It seems that means we are in play to be acquired. So again it shows you can not believe anything from our top management. How many times have we heard we do not want to be acquired and that we are on our way to being a Mid-Cap CNS Bio-Pharma company from KK.
I agree. My mgr is really tracking call averages...why? i feel like we are getting ready to be acquired. Very quiet around here.....
My guess is something big is gonna happen after the patent case is settled. Just the feeling I get from the scuttlebug around here.
