    Please oh please H. A. and J.P stop badgering and bullying your FLL's. You two are absolutely miserable to work with/for.
    You are micromanaging our teams to death, while freaking out about calls/day. Why not just pick the most important priorities?
    There is so much stupid, idiotic busy work that keeps people from calling on their docs. Perfect example-Town Hall meeting at 5:30? People getting home after 8:00 pm after working all day? Leaving the field at 3:30 to make it in time with the horrendous traffic!
    Oh, and just beat everybody up constantly while you sit in your little ivory tower in RTP. You never have a positive thing to say. You are MIA. Plz go back to your marketing job and leave the selling to the people who know how to motivate.

    Are you kidding, this region has underperformed for years!!!! How many market share points was Advair behind the nation. How is Breo doing. If you just work and deliver a message you will at minium have average results which it is obvious the sales reps are not doing. Its not badgering or bullying, get your ass out the door and work! You can always work somewhere else. As for Hans, I would run through a brick wall for him. No, this is not Hans or Jessica, I am a rep and am happy to have them compared to our previous incompetent fvp who should never be in a leadership position.

    I'd have to concur. The last FVP was probably in over their head......

    You are not the only region that wants 8 calls per day. At a regional breakout, the RMM put up current numbers that were torn apart by region. The calculations don't take into account half days. If you see three docs in the AM and take a half day out of territory, it is only 3 calls for that day, not 6. Screwed up...with all the TOT people are taking to study and/or do regional tasks, this accounts for a great deal of discrepency

    Just how stupid are you H.A? We just get back from a meeting that was too long, too uninspiring where we are berated for not making enough calls, not scheduling enough P2P's and you have our district managers pull us all out again for hour long meetings to REDO our already completed anoro plan.
    You have to be the stupidest most uninspired leader at GSK. You would really benefit from some management courses on how to motivate a team. The only thing you are good for is beating up the sales force.
    Why would anyone do anything to help you? You bring nothing to the table. You speeches are all about saving your own ass that is getting chewed by Diedre!
    Do you ever have any positive things to say? Not that I have heard.

    It is happening everywhere...North, South, West and the East. Just more lies everyday. Why would we expect any different from the most unethical pharmaceutical company around.

    Have to agree H.A. is the worst VP this region has ever had. We have not had a decent RVP since Chris Webb. H.A. has no people skills at all - with him it's all about the metrics. Anyone who has been in marketing the last 13 years has lost all touch with reality. He boasts that he was in charge or Treximet marketing. Where is that product now- life cycle management. Sales of Breo are not there - the solution more peer to peer programs and seeing 8 providers a day. When are they going to realize that all the programs in the world will not work. How many of us are dialing into these programs and putting the phone on mute so that we have the numbers to meet the metrics. Providers do not want to listen to these teleconferences. Upper management in this company needs to go -that includes starting at the top with Deidre, Jay, and Mitch. We have not had competent management since Chris Viebacher, Stan Hull, Lisa Gonzalez, and Ken Lowry. Under Deidre US sales of Advair have continued to plummet. Symbicort and Dulera are gaining MS at the expense of Advair because they are willing to contract with MCO's and we are not. GSK used to be a great company to work for, but now it has to be one of the worst because upper management has destroyed the culture and turning it into a micro-managing nightmare.

    There was a Forbes article about GSK this week and A. Twitty's illegal activities. China,Poland,Iraq, the list went on and on about bribery... It is time to clean house starting with Witty,Diedre,Jay,Mitch and get rid of H A too!!

    And for managed markets the new regime pushes out ss, bl, dl, dm, kh, jd, jf and bc for jb, mj, ts, rj, cd, ws, and da. How is 'dat working out.
