There are many Novartis Oncology reps willing to take a severance if offered mgt when the time comes do the right thing and preserve jobs for those who need to work!
Why would we be offering anyone a package? Have heard nothing along the lines of reducing sales force, only expansion.
I don't think there will be any layoffs either! Too many products and Novartis has a hard time believing we can promote more than one product! I guess the Zykadia reps are special though since they have 3 products!
