Where is this pc reps interviewing for lcz rumor coming from? Does anyone know the number of reps they are looking for?
Ask Christi, Greg and Richard r if this is true. Ask your managers what was discussed at business review meetings. Anyone below 100% goal attainment was questioned and called on the carpet. And the reps at not 100% goal attainment with patch were looked at as "not being the right fit for this organization". I was there. Could not believe some of the things said. Never mind that goals are completely screwed up and that some of the territories at 95 prevent to goal had triple the volume of one at 105% to goal. This company has zero loyalty. They look at short term. I know we all need pay checks but I question myself every day why I am whoring myself out to suck a horrible, incompetent leadership team. F u novartis!
Agreed! RRS said he's not perfect and will screw up. Well guess what he'll be doing by getting rid of PC - screwing up. Abls and KAMS do nothing!! Reps are the only ones out there doing work.
