How to make a complaint

    What is the best way to make a serious complaint about serious operation practices in your area? We currently have a very weak area and being managed poorly but some of yes have discovered a major weakness and a threat to Amedisys within and need to relay meassge. Any advice.

    Please correct me if I am wrong. But are you looking to complain on Amedisys? What do you mean within?
    You can always call Corporate. Supposedly they will investigate and help your center to get better.
    Would you care to elaborate what operational issues you have in your place of work?
    May be Medicare has to be involved? You can always call them anonymously.

    It's more operational/ regional management . But we have been through the chains of command and nothing gets accomplished.

    Are you in New Jersey by any chance.. Sounds familiar.
    In anyway, try to talk to your RDCO.

    Not to sound to negative but corporate doesn't give a rats behind. Nothing ever happens to regional people.

    That's unfortunately correct. Read the previous post on New Jersey Business Development. they recommended to call all those places.
