Well how many territories can realistically achieve that? Not mine. Because of the rep restrictions, appointments only, lunch only, etc, I can at best achieve 35% of this goal. I can see the AG1s some, but not 10 times. And I will be paid less because of this. I have no control over this, but will be ranked lower and my INCENTIVE compensation will be less. How does that incentivize me? Does anyone know whom to contact over this? My manager didn't care.
Stay calm my Friend, what you are experiencing is the "one size fits all" mentality of GSK Management. In a company this large, it is a legal imperative that everyone in Field Sales be sliced and diced exactly the same way. You can fight the system but you cannot win!
No brainer. Do what you can with low hanging fruit and chip away at the hard to see peeps. Its what you get paid to do.
