What the heck does an RVP do all day?

 

Tallies up all the metrics. From the sounds of it they might do the same for the cots and then make sure the FLLs slide some cots over to minority reps.

 

spends all day thinking of how they can micromanage us even more. The only thing they are doing is saving their own a@@

 

Nothing and next to nothing! But seriously!

0800 - 0900 a live meeting w/Region DSMs
0900 - 0915 - bio break
0915 - 1000 - live meeting w/FBM
1000 - 1200 - live meeting w/ AVP
1200 - 1400 - Lunch w/ significant other to include drive time to restaurant
1400 - 1430 - drive time from lunch to home office
1430 - 1500 - bio break
1500 - 1600 - CC w/ HR
1600 - 1700 - Live meeting with Region DSMs who could not make earlier call
1700 - 1730 - bio break
1730 - 1800 - random calls to Feld Respiratory Reps to get success stories

Essentially the same routine the next day!
