Not much, the indication is pretty narrow. Not too many patients with post transplant lymphoproliferative disorder.

The incidence of PTLD, ranging from 1% to 20%, clearly relates to the type of transplanted organ, IS, underlying disease, age, viral infections including EBV, cytomegalovirus and hepatitis C virus (HCV), and length of post-transplant follow-up. Although the occurrence decreases after the first post-transplant year, the cumulative incidence increases with the time elapsed since transplantation. The highest incidence from 5% to 20% is reported following lung and intestinal transplantation; in contrast, renal transplant recipients (RTRs) have an incidence of 1–3%. In liver transplant recipients, the occurrence ranges from 2% to 10%, from 2–3% in adults to 10% in children.
