What is your speculation if the appeal is denied?

30-40% reduction in Cl1 similar geography as Cl2. Celebrex carried through end of S2. Layoffs either in June or October. Hang in there! Prayers that appeal goes through.

A use patent rarely gets approved. Viagra was the exception. Celebrex is over.

A job destroying decision from our federal government.

    The hits just keep coming.

Capitalism is dead because we killed it.

You all really need to start looking for another position elsewhere. I truly don't understand the "WHY" behind waiting since you know the severance pkg really isn't worth much at this point. Leave voluntarily like i did and you will never look back. I feel for you all and since I own the stock I noticed the bad news come across my phone as an alert. i will tell you that when you have a job and looking for another is way better than holding on to a burning rope that will eventually disappear.

If the commie judge denies an injunction, then we are doomed. The generic companies will flood the pharmacies immediately after May, because they will gamble on the appeal failing.

All you libtards should call your Imperial Highness Obowmao and have him give us a waiver like all of his other friends. Of course, it's illegal for him to do it, but when did you guys ever care as long as it benefits you, right?

    Start calling him now!!!

This IS Capitalism! The products patent has run out so that other companies can capitalize and patients will have a less expensive drug!

PF makes over $5,000,000 a DAY in revenue off this product...the last gasp (and its the same story for every major drug) is to bring in the lawyers to stretch out the patent protection for a few more days, weeks or months, well worth any big legal fee there...BUT is over guys...come May/June $5.00 generics! the stock bottles are sitting in the warehouses now to be shipped overnight.. bring on the horror stories about bad generics, not the same product etc...85% of drugs sold in the USA are generics...thanks for the memories.

This thinking is exactly what's wrong with our health care system. You think America values your stupid 70k rep job and company car. All you do is buy lunches for office staffs and drop off free samples for a prescription that costs 50X more than a generic that offers the same risks and benefits. What could you possibly be telling a physician that he doesn't already know about drug that launched in 1999?

You're losing your job because your employer hasn't developed any innovated medicines to justify what you do. And when you get thrown out on your ass, be thankful for the libtards that have voted in representation that will help you when you're on unemployment for the next 2 years because no one will hire a well dressed caterer. Your job is a joke and the "skills" you have are weak. Good luck, you're going to need it.
