Making it to CL 5 at AZ is a confession of stupidity. If you are really that talented then you should have left this hell hole a long time ago for a real job in a real company with a real future. I can't imagine how much ass kissing of so many ass hole managers you had to endure over so many years to reach this pinnacle of insanity.

 

I agree that CL5 is insanity if you want to do it, but CL4 may be the same. Can current CL4's give their salary to answer the OP's question. I'm curious to know as well because I'm up for it and not sure it is worth it or that I have a choice. There are enough CL4's that no one will know it is you if you respond.
