Have you been watching the stock price? Those that invest millions in mutual fund portfolios don't believe the AZ fraud.

first quarter net profit down -7% is not good news folks. that is not a one time event, it is becoming a trend and that does not suggest a bright future for us. with our major brands going generic, it will only get worse as our stock price continues to drop in an up market. It is never good when your stock is on the featured 5 poor performers by stock analysts as a stock to avoid at all costs.

If there is one thing that can force change it is this. Brennan's days were numbered as profits began to plummet. The present sales force size can only endure so long as the bottom line is met. The analysts have already done the calculations.

Profit has dropped every single quarter since Frenchie took over. But, who cares! We are bullet proof! Frenchie LOVES share-of-voice, so he loves us! He would triple the size of the sales force if he could! I work when I feel like, have great bennies, good sales, and a free lunch almost every day! Life is great!

This is the death nail for AZ as Pfizer is now going after a takeover/merger of GSK. GSK stock spiking and AZ stock continues its steady decline. Imagine trying to compete with a Pfizer-GSK combined sales force and drug pipeline and portfolio. AZ will tell us that bigger isn't better but with volume discounts controlling our future and more and more government regulations on pricing and formularies, what are our chances of survival?
