I'm just curious about the oncology positions posted. What's the oncology pipeline or expected hire date? Will the oncology division be treated differently or, same "big pharma" mentality?

AZ is investing heavily into Oncology and Respiratory. New lung indication expected this summer or fall. It's a great opportunity if you're looking to get into oncology. If you don't like it, do it for a year and find something else.
Right now there are so many jobs in the industry.

Astra seems to be hiring internal retail reps over experienced oncology reps for this expansion. Did Astra hire any external oncology reps for the oncology positions?
