Were low performing and problem reps put into struggling territories after the diabetes realignment as a way of getting these lazy sloths out of the company for good?

Read Topher's message yesterday. They are on the radar.

What exactly is a low performing rep? One year you're a hero, the next a chump. Much depends on your forecast and managed markets can often make or break.

And what exactly would his radar be looking for? Call average, lies. Market share, can't measure it. Forecast attainment, who the fuck would know who was accountable with so many partners selling the same drug. COE ranking, that is a combination of all the lies combined. DSM ranking, start by ranking the DSM first. If mine is ranked last then does her opinion of PSSs count the same as a high ranked DSM? You might as well throw a dart.
