It's ok...this is all for show....next round layoffs to start in November. No one is really safe.

 

oh dear god. a region was bad enough with CS as an RD, as an ABD...lord help us. Get ready whoever has never heard of him. 11+ calls a day and the most micromanaging environment you have ever experienced. If it were up to him, all admin work would be done on Saturdays. And all the extra sh*t he makes you do, it could fill a saturday.

 

Sure didn't see this coming. They laid off THREE ABDs to promote him. Wonder how he manages that also seems like something shady happened. He must have interviewed right? Before Greg knew his fate? Wonder if that is why Jl was at the last SoCal poa

 

Which ABDs? Or is that counting Actavis ABD's as well?

 

There are no more Actavis ABDs. Basically there are still 4 ABDs over all retail drugs, and CR will be the new national director over all the existing Actavis sales forces. Mosher was let go or whatever, CR was promoted as stated before so Lanier took his spot, and the other 2 ABDs stayed the same, spivey and newton.

 

Sure this is all for show. What a moron. Even if there will be more layoffs, it doesn't mean tbis is for show. To some people, everything is a conspiracy.

 

No one is ever safe in sales-- that's the nature of it . You risk more and you get paid more

Well put. Most people that accept that fact and can live with it don't post here. Life is about choices, and most of them aren't wrong-- they are just up to the person. problem is some people want the best of both worlds-- to get paid like a top salesperson but also to have a safe no stress job like an hourly employee.

 

Some just want leadership (DMs) who are honest.
