Seems that there have been a lot of people leaving SG lately, what's up?

Could the answer be as simple as SeaGen hired great reps to start, they have been successful, and have moved on to better challenges? Not everything is about bad managers, poor leadership, or crapy products. Most very successful people simply love the challenge of new things.
