May 1 and IS has NO sales data!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How would Home Office like it if Geno didn't give each brand team and Kristen their goals until AFTER the sales numbers were in? In fact, would you like it if you got your goals in late May, early June or early July for Q1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You guys suck.

    What are the current odds there is no IC sales data and IC grade goal by July 1st?

    I say it pays 3:1 Pfizer doesn't have both by 7/1/13. Other guesses?

    Didn't you get email from Kristin Albright? It stated that we need to complete ADAM first so they can calculate IC. That means at least July.

    Did we need to compete AdAM any other year to calculate? IMS data feed into ZS Associates as processor is majorly pfucked up! Ask Kristen about it. Fact.

    This is why you have vaccine reps gathering data and IS reps not acknowledging the data issues by mgmt.

    Big problems here no one is discussing.

    IC data level reports? Haven't seen anything. Your getting what you think is DDD data, but check your account buyers and ask them to run reports and compare after factorization.

    Welcome to the new normal.

    Look. We have hit a point where choices are being made.

    Do you want sales reports or a job? Pick one. You can't have both.

    Do you want the red pill or the blue pill. Take one and you go back to your oblivious sleep state, your perfect little world. Take the other and see the truth and feel every ounce of hardship that comes with it.

    You want sales data fed to you just like it once was in the good ole days? You want an upgrade on your company car? How about a nice fat bonus check for doing nothing? Would you like that? Then go back to sleep.

    Sad but true. Changes are happening. That is why everything is shifted to annual. Annual Adam bc there will be shake up during the next regular Adam opening so they aren't going to pay to open it again thus year. The IC is annual- again because of the shake up and having people moving to different positions. Just saying.
