Manager takes vacation

    I know of a manager at Quintiles who takes vacation close to a week a month. No accountability.

    How did you know about your manager? I have wanted to double dip for years. I'm a current manager now. It seems so easy. I don't have a lot of things to do except reports and ride alongs. Did he/she tell you.
