Daiichi Benefits - New Employee

Does Daiichi provide benefits to opposite sex domestic partners or do you have to be married?

Wrong--same sex domestic partners are covered.

 

YOU are wrong - same sex domestic partners are covered. Opposite sex domestic partners are NOT - you HAVE to be married. Just went through this with HR.

 

Thanks! That's wierd most pharma allow opposite sex domestic partner coverage. I wonder how many lie and say their married.

 

Most would I would think

 

I'm sure a lot do - however, when you have a family status change while working for the company you have to produce a marriage license etc. And, if you're caught lying about your marital status its grounds for termination.
