There is no excuse for this sort of unprofessional behavior. How can you run a business and not have any sales person know what bonus they are making in less than 48 hours? The numbers are always toyed with in this business. Don't let anyone tell you any different. This is another reason why so many people simply don't care anymore.
here is the deal, dsi management thinks that it is ok to drop the data late and timely like this. DSI does not think that there is anything wrong with this type of behavior. No reps give a shit, find one that honestly cares.

If you folks knew how manipulated and stepped on the sales numbers were you would be furious. We pay companies for straight forward script numbers, and then IC goes through them and manipulates and models them a dozen different ways to fit budget and managerial demands. The bonuses you get have zero to do with your actual numbers.

The gold cup territories are a total farce. If we could only see the actual numbers before they are manipulated. I don't care anymore. Sign, sample and home by 3. The hand picked gold cup territories aren't working hard so why should I.
This is 100% correct. The sales numbers you see have no relation to the numbers that actually come in. The numbers are manipulated with input from the ADs. if they like you; you will have a good year and if not you will look bad. Just the way it is.
